CVE-2021-41196: TensorFlow Keras pooling layers segfault on zero or negative pool size

Summary

CVE-2021-41196 affects TensorFlow versions where Keras pooling layers can crash with a segfault. The fault occurs when the pool size is 0 or a dimension is negative, because pooling operations do not check that sliding-window values are strictly positive.

Mitigation

The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.7.0. The same commit will be cherry-picked to TensorFlow 2.6.1, TensorFlow 2.5.2, and TensorFlow 2.4.4.
