Uber brings ChatGPT Work to all employees with OpenAI

Summary

Uber is rolling out ChatGPT Work, an agent that helps employees complete multi-step knowledge tasks inside ChatGPT Enterprise, to more than 30,000 employees, expanding from a 1,000-employee pilot. The agent connects to Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar and Slack, and runs on OpenAI models including GPT-6.1 Sol as the default. The companies plan to share adoption and outcome data as the rollout progresses.
