CVE-2021-29544 is a denial of service flaw in TensorFlow. An attacker can trigger a `CHECK` failure in `tf.raw_ops.QuantizeAndDequantizeV4Grad` because the implementation does not validate the rank of the `input_*` tensors, which are then passed to `QuantizeAndDequantizePerChannelGradientImpl`. That method requires rank 1 and fails the check otherwise.

Mitigation

The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.5.0. The commit will also be cherrypicked to TensorFlow 2.4.2, described as the only other affected version.
