An attacker can trigger a `CHECK` failure in `tf.raw_ops.QuantizeAndDequantizeV4Grad` because the implementation does not validate the rank of the `input_*` tensors, which are then passed to `QuantizeAndDequantizePerChannelGradientImpl`. That method requires rank 1 and fails the check otherwise.","solution":"The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.5.0.
