Summary
CVE-2021-41218 affects TensorFlow's shape inference code for `AllToAll`. When the `split_count` argument is 0, the code can execute a division by zero (CWE-369).
Mitigation
Fixed in TensorFlow 2.7.0. The commit is also cherry-picked to TensorFlow 2.6.1, 2.5.2 and 2.4.4.
