CVE-2026-44654 affects LibreChat versions up to and including 0.8.3. A shared-agent editor can call `DELETE /api/files` to delete file records that the owner has reused across multiple agents. The deletion is global, so the owner's private agents keep stale `file_id` references that no longer resolve, and they break silently.
