Summary
TensorFlow's TFLite implementation of fully connected layers contains a division by zero error in affected versions. The maintainers patched it in GitHub commit 718721986aa137691ee23f03638867151f74935f.
Mitigation
Fix included in TensorFlow 2.6.0. The commit will also be cherry-picked to TensorFlow 2.5.1, TensorFlow 2.4.3, and TensorFlow 2.3.4.
