Summary

TensorFlow's TFLite `ComputeOutSize` function in padding.h divides by the `stride` argument without first checking that it is not 0. Users can craft special models that cause `ComputeOutSize` to be called with `stride` set to 0.

Mitigation

The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.5.0. The commit will also be cherry-picked to TensorFlow 2.4.2, 2.3.3, 2.2.3 and 2.1.4, which are affected and still in supported range.
