Summary
OpenAI is releasing a broad set of new mathematical results produced by an internal frontier model, published in a GitHub repository with protocols for paper revisions and citations. Many proofs are shared as formalizations in Lean, and the company will add more as they become available. It is also publishing summaries of the model's reasoning, compute estimates in ChatGPT Pro usage, and attempted-problem statistics, with the average result using roughly three hours of ChatGPT Pro thinking.
