Summary
TensorFlow's `tf.histogram_fixed_width` crashes when its values array contains `NaN` elements. The function assumes floating point operations are always defined and casts a `NaN` division result to `int32`, which fails. The flaw affects only the CPU implementation in versions before 2.9.0, 2.8.1, 2.7.2 and 2.6.4.
Mitigation
Fixed in 2.9.0, 2.8.1, 2.7.2 and 2.6.4.
