Summary
CVE-2022-23593 affects TensorFlow's `simplifyBroadcast` function in the MLIR-TFRT infrastructure. When called with scalar shapes, the function can segfault, causing a denial of service. TensorFlow 2.8.0 includes the fix, and it is the only affected version.
