Summary

The `BatchToSpaceNd` TFLite operator in TensorFlow contains a division by zero error at lines 81-82 of batch_to_space_nd.cc. An attacker can craft a model in which one dimension of the `block` input is 0, so the corresponding value in `block_shape` is also 0.

Mitigation

The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.5.0. The commit will also be cherrypicked to TensorFlow 2.4.2, TensorFlow 2.3.3, TensorFlow 2.2.3 and TensorFlow 2.1.4.
