CVE-2021-41198 affects TensorFlow. When `tf.tile` is called with a large input argument, the number of elements in the output tensor overflows the `int64_t` type, and a `CHECK` statement detects this and aborts the process, crashing TensorFlow.

Mitigation

The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.7.0. The commit will also be cherrypicked to TensorFlow 2.6.1, TensorFlow 2.5.2, and TensorFlow 2.4.4.
