The `MatrixTriangularSolve` implementation in TensorFlow does not stop kernel execution when one validation condition fails. The fix ships in TensorFlow 2.5.0, and the commit will also be cherry-picked to TensorFlow 2.4.2, 2.3.3, 2.2.3 and 2.1.4, which are affected and still supported.

Mitigation

Fixed in TensorFlow 2.5.0. The fix will also be cherry-picked to TensorFlow 2.4.2, 2.3.3, 2.2.3 and 2.1.4.
