Summary

The `SpaceToBatchNd` operator in TensorFlow's TFLite implementation contains a division by zero error. An attacker can craft a model in which one dimension of the `block` input is 0, making the corresponding value in `block_shape` 0 as well.

Mitigation

The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.5.0. The commit will also be cherrypicked to TensorFlow 2.4.2, 2.3.3, 2.2.3 and 2.1.4, which are affected and still in supported range.
