Summary

CVE-2021-29546 affects TensorFlow. An attacker can trigger an integer division by zero undefined behavior in `tf.raw_ops.QuantizedBiasAdd`. The Eigen kernel in `quantization_utils.h` divides by the element count of the smaller input, based on shape, without checking that the count is not zero.

Mitigation

The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.5.0. The commit will also be cherry-picked to TensorFlow 2.4.2, 2.3.3, 2.2.3 and 2.1.4, which are also affected and still in the supported range.
