Summary

TensorFlow's TFLite implementation of concatenation contains an integer overflow in concatenation.cc. An attacker can craft a model whose concatenation input dimensions overflow the `int` type, since TFLite stores tensor dimensions as `int` while TensorFlow uses `int64`. Valid TensorFlow models can therefore trigger the overflow when converted to TFLite format.

Mitigation

The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.5.0. The commit will also be cherrypicked to TensorFlow 2.4.2, TensorFlow 2.3.3, TensorFlow 2.2.3 and TensorFlow 2.1.4.
