RSAFL: Guide protocol fuzzing by runtime state data

RSAFL is a new method for testing communication protocols (sets of rules that allow different systems to talk to each other) by using runtime state data (information about what the protocol is doing at any moment) to guide fuzzing (a testing technique where you send random or malformed data to find bugs).
