CVE-2021-29532 affects TensorFlow. Passing invalid tensor values to `tf.raw_ops.RaggedCross` makes the kernel read outside the bounds of heap-allocated arrays, because the implementation in `ragged_cross_op.cc` does not validate the user-supplied arguments before indexing with the `next_*` values. The result is heap out-of-bounds reads.

Mitigation

The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.5.0. The commit will also be cherrypicked onto TensorFlow 2.4.2, 2.3.3, 2.2.3 and 2.1.4, which are also affected and still in the supported range.
