Passing an invalid `axis` value to `tf.quantization.quantize_and_dequantize` makes the C++ kernel access a dimension outside the input tensor's rank. The bounds check is only a DCHECK, which is a no-op in normal builds, so the out-of-bounds array access can cause a segfault.","solution":"The issue is patched in commit eccb7ec454e6617738554a255d77f08e60ee0808, and TensorFlow 2.4.0 will be released containing the patch.
