The authors' CoordGuard auditor flags this structure from query-weighted affinities without poison labels, answers or reader gradients. Pooling four Natural Questions retrieval seeds, e5 always-filtering cuts exposure-conditional attack success to 0.167 at a 13.6-point clean accuracy cost.","solution":"CoordGuard, an auditor that suppresses the selected coordinated component. It runs in an always-filter mode or a benign-calibrated gate that trades robustness against clean-accuracy utility, as described in the source.","labels":["security","research"],"sourceUrl":"https://arxiv.org/abs/2610.24834v1","publishedAt":"2026-10-17T19:29:24.000Z","cveId":null,"cweIds":null,"cvssScore":null,"cvssSeverity":null,"severity":"info","attackType":["rag_poisoning"],"issueType":"research","affectedPackages":null,"affectedPackageNames":null,"affectedPackageRefs":null,"affectedVendors":[],"affectedVendorsRaw":["RAG","RobustRAG","ReliabilityRAG","CoordGuard","e5","Contriever","Natural Questions"],"classifierModel":"claude-haiku-5-5","classifierPromptVersion":"v4","summaryPromptVersion":"v2","headline":null,"headlinePromptVersion":null,"cvssVector":null,"attackVector":null,"attackComplexity":null,"privilegesRequired":null,"userInteraction":null,"exploitMaturity":null,"epssScore":null,"epssCheckedAt":null,"kevDateAdded":null,"advisoryAliases":null,"affectedPackagesSource":null,"affectedPackagesCheckedAt":null,"patchAvailable":null,"disclosureDate":"2026-10-17T19:29:24.000Z","capecIds":null,"crossRefCount":0,"attackSophistication":"moderate","impactType":["integrity"],"aiComponentTargeted":"rag","llmSpecific":true,"classifierConfidence":0.95,"researchCategory":"preprint","atlasIds":["AML.T0070"]}}
