The /api/v1/files/images/{flow_id}/{file_name} endpoint enforces no authentication or authorization, so unauthenticated remote attackers can retrieve image files from any flow given a valid flow_id and file_name. The /api/v1/files/download/{flow_id}/{file_name} endpoint requires authentication but does not verify ownership, letting an authenticated user reach other users' files through arbitrary identifiers (IDOR).
